We created a cardio dance class based on popular Brazilian rhythms such as Axé, Baile Funk, and Samba while embracing worldwide international street dance vibes. Our goal is to offer an experience where people can discover how strong they are and how much fun it can be to sweat the stress away. All levels always welcome. Pronounced “sen-SUH-zow” and originating from the Portuguese word “sensaçao” meaning “sensation”.
